We offer a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. Shipping fees are shown at checkout and may be non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–10 business days within the United States after shipment. International delivery may take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, customs, and local delivery conditions.

Some products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, washed, contaminated, or exposed to food, liquid, brewing ingredients, dairy, fermentation materials, bees, honey, wax, or hive environments.
