We offer a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. Shipping fees are shown at checkout and may be non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–10 business days within the United States after shipment. International delivery may take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, customs, and local delivery conditions.

You may request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once processing, packing, or shipment has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened when applicable, and returned with original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Some products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, washed, contaminated, or exposed to food, liquid, brewing ingredients, dairy, fermentation materials, bees, honey, wax, or hive environments.
