  • EASY TO USE: Just soak sprout seeds in a mason jar overnight, then put the lid on the jar and invert to drain the water. Rinse a few more times and drain, leaving the jar upside down. Rinse and drain twice a day, making sure to shake gently. After 3-7 days, your sprouts should have reached their desired size. Rinse and store in the fridge. The fine mesh mason jar lid is designed to keep even the smallest seeds inside the jar, while allowing proper air circulation.
